Come Celebrate the opening ceremonies with Rocky Patel and Cigars On Sixth! Rocky Patel will be making one of two stops in Colorado at Cigars On SixthFriday August 8, at 5:30 PM. Rocky will be giving away 8 free cigars with every box you buy, plus we will be giving exclusive Cigars On Sixth T-Shirts with purchases.
Scott Thompson of Oliver Scott Selection Wines will be here sampling hiswines from Washington and Oregon, as well as food from L'Asie Fusion Bistro.Entertainment will be provided by The Hugh Jazz Combo.

Now you can get a haircut in Denver — old school.
I saw workmen installing a barber pole outside Cigars on Sixth the other day. Proprietor Dan Dunne explains that he's installed a barber chair in the back of the cozy cigar shop.
"I'm trying to clean up the community a little bit," Dunne says.
It's dubbed Clips on Sixth, and Tony Lacona (The Demon Barber of Sixth Street) cuts hair and straight shaves clients Wednesday-Monday. Hot lather, hot towels, a 30-minute process. And you can get the full treatment for $25 — while you smoke a cigar and watch basketball on a giant flat screen TV. If you were sitting by a window, you might think it was a set-up for a mob hit. But this is all good.
